Job Description:

Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Customer Service (SI EA CS) Spain provides long-term service solutions for Medium Voltage equipment, including inspections, repairs, spare parts, and modernization. The department also manages warranties across this portfolio. Our goal is to grow by staying close to customers and delivering effective solutions to improve asset availability and performance. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead warranty management and act as the main interface between factories, suppliers, and customers.

What are the main responsibilities?

  • Warranty management.
  • Get the necessary information in coordination with the F.S. technicians.
  • Analize the collected information.
  • Responsible of the incident analysis and resolution in a reasonable time to get the customer satisfaction.
  • Contact the factory following the claim process.
  • Find out how to solve the incident and define the materials and resources to do it, in case of need, with support from the factory and the Field Service technicians.
  • To clarify and answer technical enquiries for the warranty cases.
  • Coordination of works on site, in case of necessity to go on site to check and detect the problem and solve it.
  • Stablish the schedule.
  • Internal coordination for the material, and services order management.
  • EHS coordination.
  • Costs analysis.
  • Communication with the customer, explaining the resolution and schedule.
  • Keep a constant communication with the customer, reporting the pending issues and the status of the resolution.

Who are we looking for?

  • Engineering Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electronic and Automation Engineering, or related studies.
  • Good knowledge in medium and low voltage switchgears will be highly considered.
  • Experience in Project Management will be highly considered.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written/spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools as user.
  • Basic knowledge of EHS.
  • Available to travel for business trip.
  • Strong organizational skills: self-motivated, with good time management and the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: clear writing, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team and in a multicultural environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset: able to identify issues, define actions using root cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Customer-focused and committed to meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
