Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Content Tagging Specialist to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities

1. Support global tagging framework implementation and manage tagging incidents across multiple platforms.
2. Work with business stakeholders to emphasize the importance of quality tagging for business performance.
3. Respond to questions and resolve issues within the tagging community.
4. Run reports to analyze tagging implementation and support dashboard setup for tracking capabilities and projects.
5. Assist in creating and submitting tagging project demands, manage tagging updates, and maintain internal documentation.
6. Monitor and report on project progress, identify risks, and escalate technical issues as needed.
7. Support workshops and training content related to tagging and attributes.
8. Contribute to system enhancements and ensure functionality for tagging across channels.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Understanding of metadata management, tagging principles, and experience with content management systems.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office.
3. Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
4. Experience in training development and stakeholder collaboration.
5. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
6. Knowledge of semantic web technologies (RDFS/OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SKOS).
7. Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
8. Ability to work under pressure and organize effectively.
