Job Description

We are seeking a Litigation and Legal Product Specialist to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide, dedicated to enhancing the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers.

Position Details
  • Job Title: Litigation and Legal Product Specialist
  • Working model: Full-remote from Spain
  • Team: Part of the Litigation and Legal Product team within the Business Legal department, reporting to Litigation and Legal Product Counsel
  • Level: Professional
  • Location: Madrid, Spain
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time (36 hours/week)
  • Travel requirement: Approximately 15%
Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance of consumer-facing websites and apps with legal requirements, covering content display and the entire search, booking, and purchase journey.
  2. Develop Terms & Conditions for platforms, products, promotions, and competitions.
  3. Advise on legal requirements and frameworks for online travel-related products.
  4. Assist in drafting and reviewing international contracts, including distribution, sales, agency, service, lease, non-disclosure, and sponsorship agreements.
  5. Manage commercial disputes and litigation across various jurisdictions.
  6. Coordinate with external legal counsel.
  7. Support the creation and implementation of scalable, efficient workflows to enable sustainable growth.
Qualifications
  1. Law degree; admission to the National Bar Association is a plus.
  2. Ability to work precisely, pragmatically, and practically, with a problem-solving attitude.
  3. Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Italian, German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
  4. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively.
  5. Confidence in supporting both legal teams and business units.
  6. Commercial awareness and understanding of business needs.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).
Selection Process
  1. HR interview (10-30 minutes).
  2. First interview with manager: soft skills and technical knowledge.
  3. Second interview with manager and team member: soft skills and technical knowledge.
