We are recruiting an awesome team of Nordic language speakers to join us at our Madrid Production Hub office! We are looking for Italian native speakers… Diversity is our way of life!

Your primary focus will be to build a panel of doctors for research participation, follow up on questionnaires sent, and maintain updated healthcare professional data to ensure accuracy according to our business rules.

If you want to play a key role in a diverse, dynamic, and committed team, this could be the role for you!

What to expect :

1. Recruit target doctors and follow-up on their participation, creating engagement.
2. Call new doctors to invite them to participate in research and expand our panel.
3. Initiate follow-up calls to maximize response rates.
4. Proactively report issues or deviations to the manager.

Our ideal candidate: Skills & requirements

• Native Italian speaker.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills via telephone and email.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailing, troubleshooting, and occasional translation.
