What You’ll Do

• The PMO Lead supervises the implementation of processes and ensures that relevant information reaches the sponsors and vice versa.
• He is deeply involved in improving the consistency and efficiency of project delivery capacity.
• As PMO Manager, you must lead practices focused on customer satisfaction and their expectations.
• You must ensure that operations are managed effectively, supervising project interfaces in collaboration with Project Managers, teams, technologies, and interfaces.

What We Are Looking For

• Extensive knowledge in program management, projects, portfolios, and methodologies for systems development.
• Ability to lead a geographically distributed team.
• Ability to develop and deploy initiatives through influence.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• 10-15 years of experience in IT and related companies.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience.
