We’re a small, driven team with diverse skills and big goals. To support our growth, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can think strategically and execute effectively. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership and play a key role in our success.

What You’ll Do
  • Take full ownership of all marketing efforts — from strategy to execution and optimization.
  • Lead paid and organic growth initiatives to drive customer acquisition and conversion across channels, including Web2App flows and paid media platforms.
  • Collaborate with our Product Manager to align acquisition and revenue strategies, focusing on in-app monetization mechanics.
  • Manage CAC as your primary metric, prioritizing users who convert and monetize well.
  • Enhance organic growth through ASO and SEO improvements on our website and blog.
  • Identify and collaborate with external partners to expand reach and execution.

  • You are a full-stack marketer with strategic and hands-on experience, ideally in mobile app marketing.
  • You can lead revenue-generating channels and justify additional hires with data-backed cases.
  • You use AI tools daily to improve efficiency and are eager to explore new technologies.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, turning ideas into action with resilience and adaptability.
  • You possess strong technical and analytical skills, familiar with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads), SEO/ASO tools, and product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
  • You're eager to learn, make an impact, and grow professionally.
  • You are a strong communicator with a creative mindset and an eye for design.
  • You empathize deeply with users and understand their needs.
