Tasks

In this role, you will participate in comprehensive training to prepare for delivering top-notch client service in the payment industry.

Your responsibilities will include customer service tasks such as blocking lost or stolen credit and debit cards, handling identity verification, providing solutions to queries, and analyzing potentially fraudulent transactions.

The responsibilities :

  • Communication: Connect with B2C customers via phone, providing service-oriented solutions.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills for confident customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfort with using computer systems and software applications.
