Formación

The Industrial Solutions team is seeking a Specialist Business Development to gather and analyze data about market segments and/or product ranges while supporting the EMEA sales teams. This position reports to the Manager Business Development based in Belgium.

This position can be located in Terrassa (Spain) or Leuven (Belgium).

Your Responsibilities :
  1. Maintain Donaldson systems with up-to-date information on existing and new products. Generate leads for service and care packs using CRM. Manage product displays, campaigns, and follow-up on success and implementation.
  2. Propose new ways of working, implement new systems, and work on challenging projects. Support IS by developing processes, tools, and analyses that drive growth. Partner with sales and service teams for business process optimization. Lead strategic projects such as developing catalogs, eCommerce data, coordinating marketing activities, and setting up customer and product-specific data. Collaborate on various ad hoc projects with different industrial business units.
  3. Collect and analyze market and product data. Identify data sources and maintain manuals and customer-specific information.
  4. Drive strategic initiatives to support growth of EMEA IS AfterMarket. Collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales teams. Support these teams with training, user guides, and active support.
Your Profile :
  1. Higher Education (Bachelor's degree), preferably in business administration, economics, or finance, or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  3. Strong business and strategic insights with attention to detail.
  4. Interest and experience in maintaining and improving databases and systems.
  5. Accountable, results-oriented, eager to learn, and able to prioritize.
  6. Team player capable of working with diverse groups in an international environment.
  7. IT skills: MS Office (especially Excel), CRM, Oracle.
  8. Proficiency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
