Job Description: System Administrator

The CIB IT Platform for EMEA is responsible for delivering IT services that support our clients' digital market evolution in a secure, high-performance environment, including Global Markets Application Production, Local Territory IT Development, and Core Infrastructure services such as Datacentres, Application Production, Security, and Architecture.

ITGP Digital Working provides IT services to ensure digital market evolution, security, performance, and quality, encompassing infrastructures like Active Directory, Messaging, Desktop, and elements of the Global Services organization.

Mission: Team Membership
  • Be a proven team player to meet team objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional L2 Messaging teams for infrastructure monitoring and support coverage.
  • Coordinate with regional service desk and L3 Messaging teams for escalations and knowledge transfer.
Technical Management
  • Provide L2 technical support for requests and incidents related to Microsoft Exchange and Identity.
  • Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Exchange and Identity.
Business Relationship Management
  • Coordinate with Business Application Teams, Regional IT Teams, Global Infrastructure Support, and IT Security Teams.
  • Communicate effectively with service desk teams and users regarding changes and incidents.
  • Maintain and update knowledge articles.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with Group instructions, IT Security guidelines, and Global ITI&P Governance.
Responsibilities

Customer/Supplier Relations & Auditors:

  • Engage with various Group functions including retail, asset management, and IT security/audit teams.

Key Results Areas:

  • Enhance end-user satisfaction by reducing incident resolution times.
  • Resolve incidents within SLA using ServiceNow.
  • Ensure system functionality, proper documentation, and effective procedures.
  • Proactively track and manage incidents, devising strategies for improvement.
  • Develop procedures and IT controls for the team.
Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in complex IT infrastructure environments.
  • Experience in large, matrix organizations.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, global team.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with ticketing systems.

Languages:

  • English: high level.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Exchange O365, Exchange On-Premises in a hybrid setup.
  • Microsoft Outlook, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory.
  • Understanding of core IT infrastructure and PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/10 and ITIL framework.
