Une entreprise innovante recherche un Senior Customer Insight Journey Consultant pour transformer l'expérience client à l'aide de la technologie Microsoft. Avec plus de 4 ans d'expérience en marketing digital et une expertise dans Dynamics 365, vous serez responsable de la mise en œuvre de stratégies personnalisées qui engagent les clients à travers divers canaux. Ce rôle clé vous permettra de travailler avec une équipe dynamique pour optimiser le parcours client et renforcer la fidélité.

Formación

  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience avec Dynamics 365 Marketing et Customer Insights.
  • Connaissance avancée du marketing sortant et en temps réel.
  • Fluent en espagnol (minimum B2) pour les interactions directes avec les clients.

Do you consider yourself a Digital Marketing professional with at least 4 years of recent experience managing marketing campaigns in multi-client mode and using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights ‘daily’?

We are a 100% Microsoft partner with over 20 years of experience implementing CRM Dynamics 365 solutions. We are seeking a Senior Customer Insight Journey Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for our clients.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be involved in Customer Insights - Journeys platform implementation projects. You will work with specialists in designing and implementing digital marketing strategies within the Microsoft ecosystem. Your responsibilities include leading workshops, defining and proposing solutions, participating in platform implementation and support, and delivering training on Customer Insights - Journeys. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including graphic design, business, and social media professionals.

Requirements :

  • At least 4 years of recent experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing and / or Customer Insights - Journeys implementation projects for diverse clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of outbound marketing and real-time marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing to interpret customer needs.
  • Fluent in Spanish (minimum B2) for direct client interactions in Spain.
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Insights - Journeys.
  • Experience with marketing automation, lead management, and customer segmentation for personalized campaigns.
  • Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze and define the digital customer journey.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs to measure campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation.
  • Experience configuring and parameterizing Customer Insights - Journeys.

You will also help optimize lead acquisition and strengthen customer loyalty by managing interactions throughout the customer journey. By integrating with Customer Insights - Data, you will make commercial knowledge visible and understandable, creating personalized journeys that generate engagement and loyalty.
