Location : Spain (Remote work + Flexible Business Trips)

Employment Type : Full-time / Freelance

Salary and Benefits : Commission: Floating based on sales performance and customer development (negotiable percentage).

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain customer resources for clothing retail brands in Spain, and formulate cooperation plans targeting Inditex clients.
• Participate in market research, analyze fashion industry trends, and collaborate with the Chinese team's development work.
• Conduct 1-2 on-site client visits per month within Spain to facilitate order placement.
• Regularly report to the company remotely on customer needs and progress in customer development and maintenance.

Qualifications :

Industry Experience : Over 3 years of experience in the fashion and garment industry. Priority given to those with experience as fashion buyers, designers, or procurement officers.

Skills : Proficient in remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and adaptable to flexible working arrangements. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and ability to independently plan and execute customer proposals.

Language Skills : Fluent in Spanish (native level) and proficient in business English.

Preferred Requirements :

Experience working at Inditex Group. Connections within the Inditex Group.
