Role

We are looking for a mechanical engineer, with at least 3-4 years of experience working in the design, calculation, sizing, and specification of air conditioning systems in tertiary buildings.

The selected person will be part of the Mechanical Engineering team, but will be relocated to a construction site in Spain, to attend to the Construction Management of a project carried out in-house that is going to be built.

The person will work on design tasks in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with other colleagues and teams, as well as having relationships with technical representatives of clients and suppliers.

The selected person will participate in the following tasks :

  • Design of air conditioning, heating, ventilation systems, public health, fire
  • Writing reports
  • Management of 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (Revit) programs
  • Selection of equipment for use in the building
  • Coordination work with engineers from other disciplines and architects
  • Attendance at meetings and communication with clients
  • Preparation of calculations, reports, plans, and technical specifications for a variety of national and international projects
  • Carrying out measurements and budgets
  • Studies in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering in Industrial Technologies with a specialty in mechanics, Industrial Engineering
  • Experience of 2 to 3 years or more. Having performed similar functions to those described will be valued, especially in the design of mechanical installations
  • Ideally with on-site experience
  • High level of English and Spanish (C1)
  • Previous knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD is valuable
  • Capacity for teamwork
