Una empresa líder en tecnologías de imagen busca un ingeniero de industrialización para coordinar lanzamientos de productos y realizar pruebas de sensores CMOS. El candidato ideal tendrá un título en Ingeniería con habilidades en procesamiento de imágenes y comunicación en inglés. Esta posición ofrece la oportunidad de trabajar en un entorno internacional y de alta tecnología, contribuyendo al desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras.

Formación

  • Ingeniero reciente en Telecomunicaciones, Industrial o Electrónica.
  • Experiencia en pruebas electrónicas y equipos de laboratorio es un plus.
  • Autodirigido y capaz de trabajar con mínima supervisión.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar el desarrollo de nuevos productos y asegurar entregas a tiempo.
  • Implementar pruebas automatizadas para sensores CMOS.
  • Definir procesos de calificación para asegurar la fiabilidad del producto.

Job Description

Teledyne e2v Professional Imaging, with around 220 employees worldwide, is a leader in high-performance, ultra-high resolution, and ultra-high-speed image sensors and systems. Acquired by Teledyne Technologies in 2017, we design, develop, manufacture, and market CMOS image sensors, modules, and imaging solutions for applications such as machine vision, medical sciences, logistics, robotics, and environmental monitoring.

Our approach involves listening to market needs and partnering with customers to deliver cutting-edge imaging solutions, including standard, semi-custom, and fully custom options. Our sensors and systems are designed, manufactured, tested, and characterized in Grenoble (France) and Seville (Spain) and supplied globally.

Industrialization Activities
Position Summary and Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with the department director and other teams to follow the development plan for new product launches, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  2. Support manufacturing during sampling and ramp-up phases by providing necessary procedures.
  3. Assist in developing raw materials and testing methods for industrialization.
  4. Engage with subcontractors on quality and planning during industrialization.
  5. Define and pilot JEDEC/AECQ100 qualification processes to ensure product reliability.
  6. Support the industrialization director in meeting manufacturing deadlines.
  7. Manage customer requests and RMA processes during industrialization.
Test Development Activities
  1. Implement and deploy automated wafer-level and package-level testing for CMOS sensors, following established procedures.
  2. Ensure test procedures are strictly followed and documented accurately.
  3. Develop tests aligned with product specifications and coverage goals.
  4. Support efforts to reduce test times, define bins, and improve yields.
  5. Assist external vendors with hardware/software test design and site transfers.
  6. Create and review test specifications to inform future designs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Industrial Engineering (specializing in Robotics, Automation, or Electronics), or Electrical Engineering.
  • Recent graduate; relevant experience is a plus.
  • Desirable skills include image processing, signal processing, and semiconductor testing.
  • Experience with electronic testing and laboratory equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and GPIB systems.
  • Ability to analyze statistical data and draw conclusions.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Python and LabVIEW/TestStand is advantageous.
  • Strong English communication skills; French is a plus.
