We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Recruiter for TEMPs positions to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.

Responsibilities :

  • Full responsibility for all recruitment processes of our Temporary employment agency in Spain.
  • Coordinate with our Sales team to understand customer needs for all TEMPs positions.
  • Manage candidate searches for all TEMPs positions : screening, initial contact, and preparing shortlists for clients.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and clients to ensure proper service delivery.
  • Maintain good knowledge of Spanish labor market regulations and processes.
  • Handle work contracts in Temp recruitment agencies, including details and types.
  • Maintain client and employee contracts and activity records.
  • Organize documents and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.

Candidate Requirements :

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in recruitment within small temporary employment agencies (ETT).
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Native Spanish speaker; intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience working in temporary employment agencies.
  • Comfortable with candidate searches, initial discussions, and customer interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Service-oriented with a desire to excel.
  • Effective communication skills with clients, partners, and colleagues.
