Partner Account Manager (PAM) Role

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will be responsible for managing and strengthening strategic relationships with the company's commercial partners. The goal is to maximize business opportunities through effective collaboration, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to channel sales growth in the EMEA region and expand the brand's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop joint sales strategies with partners.
  2. Develop and execute action plans to increase sales and market reach through partners.
  3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they understand our products, services, and processes.
  4. Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and sales presentations with partners to promote our offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with channels in SaaS solutions, preferably in partner account management or B2B sales.
  • Experience managing CRM and/or ERP systems; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Over 2 years of experience helping clients achieve their full commercial potential through technology.
Language Skills

Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; Italian is a plus. Advanced or fluent Italian language skills are required.

Ability to identify business opportunities and generate compelling value propositions.
