A leading company in the retail sector is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage recruitment processes for retail management roles across Spain and Portugal. This role involves collaborating on talent projects, coordinating new store openings, and enhancing employer branding. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in recruitment, effective communication skills, and proficiency in English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities: As part of the regional P&C Resourcing team, this role will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes of the retail management collective of Spain and Portugal, collaborating in global talent projects, and supporting new store openings recruitment activities.
Manage full system (ATS, HCM) and administrative activities to complete the recruitment cycle.
Actively collaborate on global and local talent initiatives and projects.
Coordinate and manage all recruitment stages for new store openings.
