Role Exploration

The Associate Partner - Sales will be a dynamic salesperson focused on data-driven decisions, pushing for speed and volume. This role emphasizes business development to maximize revenue from RateGain’s SaaS products, requiring the development of new opportunities and an integrated business development approach.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for the French market.
  • Target individual hotels or small hotel groups (<20 properties).
  • Generate leads via cold calls, social media, industry contacts, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Develop and close sales of SaaS solutions to B2B clients in hospitality, focusing on digital marketing.
  • Meet sales targets.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest, ensuring comprehensive coverage of territories.
  • Conduct market analysis and prospecting activities.
  • Participate in face-to-face meetings, product demos, events, and fairs.
  • Coordinate with departments for smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Support marketing efforts like webinars, trade shows, and lead generation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Over 3 years of sales experience, including cold calling and customer acquisition.
  • Graduation or post-graduation in relevant fields with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Location: Fully remote (based in Spain or Germany)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of product offerings and SaaS sales in travel industry.
  • Existing contacts within the hotel industry preferred.
  • Experience delivering professional services and projects.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and revenue models.
  • Strong lead management and sales pipeline skills.
  • Ability to manage new business, add-ons, and renewals.
  • Strong tech sales background, especially in SaaS travel solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the French hotel market.
  • Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus.
  • Effective stakeholder influence and customer relationship skills.
  • Customer-focused, analytical, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a leadership team.
