A global consumer goods company is seeking an SRM Pillar Manager, Trade to lead the Trade investment strategy across its South European Cluster. The successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Sales, SRM, or Finance and demonstrate strong analytical and strategic skills. The role is temporary for 12 months and focuses on driving trade effectiveness and ROI improvements in collaboration with various stakeholders.

THE JOB:
This role requires combination of strategic agility and strong analytical thinking to build appealing guidelines and frameworks, translating them into cluster reality, targets, roadmaps and action plans. Implies high level of collaboration with cluster and regional stakeholders and ability to navigate strategic and deployment challenges, hence, stakeholder management is required.
Designs cluster level Trade investment strategy and leads the deployment. Drives cluster and cross-functional alignment. Running analysis to support cluster recommendations and insights on trade effectiveness and ROI, proactively coordinates Trade investment decisions in line with Segment and cluster Value creation agenda.
This role will be a 12 month position and could be located around our South European Cluster (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Balkans or Israel).
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads and develops cluster Trade investment strategy and framework. Ensures Trade investment strategy alignment with the holistic cluster business strategy and Value creation plan across SRM pillars.
- Adapts cluster Trade investment strategy into the sub-cluster Trade investment guidelines.
- Sets and allocates Trade targets between sub-clusters/cells with the relentless focus on Trade ROI improvement.
- Defines action plans to deliver Trade targets across countries.
- Partners with other business divisions and stakeholders to adopt, enhance and deliver Trade investment strategy.
- Initiates and conducts analysis across cluster, cells and channels to derive insights for continuous Trade ROI improvement. Chairing Trade performance reviews alongside SRM market managers,
Sales and Demand Heads to inform ongoing strategy and ensuring growth and trade budget opportunities and risks are integrated into S&OP;+ cycle.
- Governs and controls annual targets delivery in Trade investment area, proactively initiates scenario planning and gap closing activities, drives the alignment within the organization.
- Partners with local/regional/global SRM and Digital teams to develop Trade capabilities within the cluster (Tools&systems;, procecesses, governance, upskilling etc.). Continuously monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of newly deployed SRM capabilities within the area of responsibility.
- Partners with SRM market managers, Key users and End users to deploy and localize TSM tools, facilitates the project deployment at a cluster level.
- Adapts and aligns cross-functional ways of working for Trade pillar.
- Represents cluster Trade pillar at relevant S&OP;+ forums (SRM council, PMR, MBR, IR etc) and acts upon.
- Serves as a cluster Trade pillar point of contact to relevant regional communities and deploys regionally driven Trade porjects at a cluster level upon need. Collaborates with Regional team to ensure local market inputs are included.
What are we looking for?
