A leading company in the specialty ingredients sector is seeking a production support professional to assist the production manager in overseeing the production process. This role involves managing activities, organizing work plans, and ensuring production goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a background in food production, experience with ERP systems, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.

Descripción del empleo

Support the production manager in managing and supervising the entire production process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and supervise production activities.
2. Organize daily work plans.
3. Monitor daily production and make necessary adjustments.
4. Ensure production plans are met.
5. Assist in production planning.
6. Prepare documentation such as packing lists and labels for sales orders.
7. Supervise the list of materials and collaborate with other departments.
8. Ensure correct labeling and palletizing of packaged products.

Education & Experience

Education: Proficiency in Office Suite. University studies are highly desirable.

Experience: Ability to work in a team, work under pressure, have a good command of ERP programs, at least 1 year of experience in food production plants, training in food safety, and experience with SAP.
