Q-tech is looking for a Technical Product Owner for a company in the AI-driven marketing technology sector. This role is essential for optimizing operational processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between development and product teams, and driving efficient project execution.

Responsibilities :

Product Management and communication :

• Translate product direction into clear technical requirements using Jira.
• Act as a key liaison between technical and product teams, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Continuously assess and refine existing processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain consistent project management practices across teams.
• Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.

Project execution and collaboration :

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and achieve sprint objectives.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and challenges in sprint execution.
• Ensure the successful delivery of sprint goals and maintain team accountability.

Technical leadership :

• Lead daily standups, track progress, and report updates to senior leadership.
• Maintain product documentation in Jira and Confluence, ensuring accurate tracking of objectives and milestones.
• Work closely with the CPO to align business objectives with sprint planning.
• Own project milestones and drive accountability within the engineering team.

Requirements :

• Proven experience managing technical projects using Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable sprint objectives.
• Experience conducting brainstorming sessions with tools like Miro.
• Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity in objectives, scope, and progress.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• A technical background as a Developer will be an asset.
• Agile certifications are highly valued (PMI, APMG, CSM, CSPO, PSPO, SAFe,..)

Conditions :

• Salary range : between 50K-55K Gross / Year.
• Hybrid work model : initially, a minimum of 2 days per week in the office (Passeig de Gràcia) is expected. However, once established, there may be more flexibility.
