A leading AI-driven SaaS company is seeking a Sales Go-To-Market AI Specialist to spearhead their B2B sales strategy. This remote role involves managing the entire sales cycle, utilizing advanced sales tech tools, and collaborating closely with the marketing team. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in scaling startups and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Sales Go-To-Market AI Specialist (Remote - Europe)

SENSESBIT is an AI-driven SaaS platform revolutionizing sensory data analysis for the food and beverage industry. We’re looking for a Sales Go-To-Market AI Specialist to spearhead our B2B sales strategy and drive revenue from the ground up.

In this remote role (open to candidates across Europe), you’ll work closely with our Forbes 30 Under 30 team to build an Allbound Sales engine, refine product-market fit, and scale SENSESBIT into a new category leader.

Responsibilities include :

  • Owning the full sales funnel : Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Leveraging our sales tech stack (Clay, Apollo.io, Instantly, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to generate and nurture leads at scale.
  • Using AI-driven insights and predictive models to personalize outreach, score / prioritize leads, and optimize conversion rates throughout the pipeline.
  • Collaborating with the CRO and marketing team to refine our value proposition and messaging, and using data-driven approaches to iterate on sales tactics and strategies.
  • Assisting in recruiting and mentoring new sales team members, with potential to move into a sales leadership role as we grow.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of scaling a startup from zero to eight-figure annual revenue through hands-on sales leadership.
  • Mastery of GTM sales tech tools & automations, with experience building outbound sales processes and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise buying processes, capable of handling longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a remote startup environment.

Note : Candidates lacking experience in scaling SaaS to €1M ARR and mastery of the sales tech stack will not be considered.
