Job Description:

Job Description

We’ve grown from a small Polish startup into a global SaaS company. As local sales teams developed their own processes, it's now time to align and scale — standardizing operations, boosting efficiency, and ensuring every market has fast, reliable access to the tools and data they need.

We're hiring a remote Global Sales Operations Specialist to join our Global Sales team. If you’re passionate about improving systems and driving clarity, this role is for you. You'll help unify sales processes, support daily operations, and build scalable solutions. Our goal: be strategic partners to local teams, solving problems and accelerating growth.

What will you do?

  • Be the main operational partner to the Sales teams across the globe

  • Analyze local processes and develop solutions and processes that fit multiple countries’ needs

  • Help drive implementation of global projects in coordination with local structures

  • Be a guardian of quality and consistency in our systems

  • Create automations related to Sales process to ensure maximal effectiveness and operational perfection both in our CRM and in other areas

  • Query datasets from different sources, turn data into information and information into insight

  • Design, implement & maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports

  • Oversee KPIs and performance of local teams, be the first person to detect ‘red-flags’

  • Make sure that our data is clean, and the processes are aligned

In this role, you’re working super closely with - and reporting directly to Jorge, our Global Head of Sales Operations :)

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in consulting, BI, analytics, operations, or business development

  • Fluent in English; Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other languages are a plus

  • Educational background in STEM or business-related fields

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable decisions

  • A track record of delivering projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation

  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and working with multiple stakeholders

  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar

  • Confident working with data — analyzing large datasets to spot trends, issues, and opportunities

  • Basic working knowledge of SQL or similar tools to extract and manipulate data

Additional Information

Location

We can hire remotely in Europe, with a preference for Madrid, Barcelona or other Spain.

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process

We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):

Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Partner Ainhoa to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.

Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper dive into your experience and aspirations with your future manager Jorge (Global Head of Sales Ops), who you’ll be reporting to in this role. Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.

Business Case – Dedicated prep time to showcase your problem-solving and strategic thinking, followed by a collaborative session with Jorge and Lluís to walk through your findings together.
