Job Description: SAP HR / FI-AP Specialist

We are seeking a SAP HR / FI-AP Specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Define, build, deliver, and maintain finance business applications aligned with client strategy, focusing on Cytric integration with systems like Workday and S4H, especially concerning expense posting and employee payments.
• Support digital business solutions and transformation services to improve client performance through process automation.
• Analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure standardization and integration of processes and tools.
• Validate detailed requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Design and support solution construction, including testing and documentation.
• Provide functional support, quality control, and leadership throughout solution development and deployment.
• Maintain applications, propose enhancements, and support production environments.
• Coordinate and validate team activities and workload.

Required Skills

• Over 2 years of experience with S4H and Cytric or similar travel expense tools, including participation in implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Experience with Cytric, Concur, Coupa, or similar expenses tools.
• Knowledge of corporate support functions.
• Proficiency with SAP TME, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP, including integration between SAP FI-AP and SAP HR.
• Experience working with external teams.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting.
