This is an entry-level role which sits within our Activation specialism and helps with collecting and delivering the correct dataset for our Digital Media Solutions to our clients, who are among the world’s largest advertisers. The position is based in Spain (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with media agency stakeholders and collect the relevant data, either directly from the platforms or via reports shared by the agency team, in a timely manner.
- Use PowerBI dashboards to verify monthly cost and performance data vs the raw platform reports and ensure data quality.
- Process data automatically using our internal tools, provide feedback where necessary and report interface anomalies while resolving them and managing timelines.
- Coordinate with other team members, including Client Partners, Production and other internal stakeholders.
- Gather knowledge of media campaign naming taxonomies and be able to map brands using brand campaign identification codes.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Your education ideally has been focused on marketing, advertising, business administration or similar.
- Relevant work experience with background in digital media and operations would be advantageous.
- English (C1 spoken and written). Please send your CV in English.
- Basic understanding of the Digital media ecosystem.
- Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as PowerBI and the ability to use these tools in their day-to-day operation will be an advantage.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including using specific mathematical formulas, pivot table functions along with understanding of other Microsoft Office tools.
- Keen interest and passion for all things digital marketing.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills by structuring tasks effectively and ensuring attention to detail in daily operations.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a “can-do” proactive attitude and great team spirit.
