Role Description

This remote role, based in Spain, involves providing sales and technical support for Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The Sales & Technical Support Engineer will assist customers with technical support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to OEMs. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, preparing and leading technical and commercial proposals, and providing detailed product information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
