Main Purpose :

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with Finance ERP integration experience. In this role, you will focus on leading sophisticated and multifaceted IT projects, in particular the migration and implementation of our new finance ERP. As part of the team, you'll be responsible from start to finish for the successful execution of our projects, crafting the ERP landscape of tomorrow.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities :

  • Leading and overseeing the migration of the ERP projects with a focus on the financial area.
  • Actively leading project risks and problems.
  • Partnering with team members at different ranks.
  • Advising internal clients on their project challenges.
  • Leading international project teams.
  • Project planning, controlling, and reporting.
  • Guaranteeing the flow of information and ensuring that the solutions developed meet our high quality standards.
  • Identify and fully document processes used to resolve recurring issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field. Applicants with equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in leading IT projects for financial departments.
  • ERP (Finance and treasury) knowledge is a must.
  • Background in global organizations and success in Finance ERP migrations.
  • Knowledge of migration tools, network infrastructure, and security / compliance requirements.
  • Excellent partner management, leadership, analytical abilities, and experience with sophisticated projects.
  • Diligent self-starter, an outstanding listener, and a skilled communicator (both verbal and written).
  • Enjoy working within a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment, while project handling and prioritizing multiple tasks at one time.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Responsibility for taking full ownership of any issues reported by functional team users till complete resolution even if it needs to engage different teams for resolution.
  • Ability to handle customers with different levels of technical and business knowledge.
