Formación

  • 10+ years as NOC Technician with expertise in optical transport networks.
  • Solid experience in N1 Technical Support and transport network management.
  • Proficient in KPI monitoring and process auditing for quality assurance.

Descripción del empleo

Our client, a leading multinational information technology services and consulting company, is recruiting a TX Quality Manager to join their project in Spain.

Position: TX Quality Manager

Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in optical transport networks based on SDH, DWDM, OTN, and photonic mesh networks.
  2. Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with a solid track record in transport network management and operation.
  3. Solid knowledge of the technical support processes defined by Telefónica in the field of optical transport and private networks.
  4. Experience in monitoring and analysis of quality and performance indicators (KPI), including real-time and deferred process auditing.
  5. Ability to lead teams, define control metrics, and collaborate in the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  6. Transportation N1 incident management: incidents, customer complaints, and BTP.
  7. Audit of processes in real-time and deferred time, oriented to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
  8. Monitoring, analysis, and proposal for improvement of transport network KPIs.
  9. Supervision of quality control tasks for the elaboration of customer reports.
  10. Experience with O&M process management systems: iGRI, GEISER MAR / GENESYS, EMS.
  11. Proficiency with network and performance monitoring and visualization systems; MS Office (Excel - advanced, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI.
