To support our Regional Business Solution-EUR Technical & Production team, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Advanced Analytics (Manufacturing).

Position Summary:

Join our team as a dynamic Digital Manufacturing Business Analyst, reporting to the Digital Manufacturing & Analytics (DMA) Team Lead for Europe. You will contribute to delivering DMA solutions to Nestlé factories across Europe.

What you’ll do

• Report to the DMA Team Lead for Europe and contribute to delivering DMA solutions to Nestlé factories in Europe.
• Provide expertise in Power BI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud, Snowflake, pipelines, etc., specifically in manufacturing contexts such as performance, quality, energy, and process modules.
• Support markets/factories in new implementations, sustainment, and improvement projects in Advanced Analytics, ensuring projects adhere to timelines.
• Serve as an escalation point for analytics-related issues.
• Offer technical expertise on SQL and databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global Advanced Analytics team and market contacts.
• Guide on complex reporting design or technical issues faced by factories.
• Develop understanding of DMA product strategies and work with teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead advancements in Manufacturing Analytics at Nestlé.
• Collaborate on creating training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Support product issue analysis and resolution in collaboration with the sustain team.
• Coach and motivate staff across business and IT to align solutions with customer needs and IT strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

• At least 6 years of experience, with a Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of Power BI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud solutions (Azure, Snowflake, etc.).
• Experience supporting analytics rollouts and working across time zones.
• Project management experience or working under deadlines.
• Experience working with clients or internal stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps environments using design thinking methodology.
• Effective communication skills in English at various organizational levels.
