Job Title: Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer

For an international organization in New York, we are urgently seeking a Full REMOTE Quality Assurance Engineer with over 3 years of experience in UI test automation using Selenium with C#/.NET. Candidates must be willing to work at least 50% during New York business hours.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Reside in Europe

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Act as a QA focal point for communication with development teams and the QA team.
2. Support QA services and contribute to their improvement.
3. Create, execute, automate, and manage test cases and plans for existing and new systems.
4. Support software development and testing of new releases using established IT standards and tools.
5. Participate in specification, design, automation, and support from a QA perspective.
6. Draft technical documentation, including test cases and user stories.
7. Maintain test and functional specifications.
8. Prepare reports and team contributions.
9. Stay updated on QA developments and recommend new tools or practices.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in software QA for medium-large teams.
• Over 3 years of experience developing test automation frameworks or suites.
• Over 3 years managing test code with SCM tools and integrating with build tools like Azure DevOps.
• Over 1 year of practical experience with git source control, including branching and pull requests.
• Over 3 years of experience developing UI test automation with Selenium using C#/.NET.
• Desirable: experience with Gherkin syntax, Prince2 testing, and applications hosted in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Fluent in English.
