The following challenges await you :

• Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing Scrum practices
• Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
• Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
• Identifying and removing obstacles to team productivity
• Enhancing team dynamics and encouraging a self-organized approach to increase efficiency
• Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency

This is important to us :

• Academic background : Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience : At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
• Certifications : Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Product Owner, or Agile Leadership are advantageous
• Technical tools : Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Language skills : Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
• Soft skills : Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to motivate teams, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
