This often involves developing custom services that extend the product's capabilities beyond default features and creating integrations with various systems used by our customers.

As a Solution Architect, your role is to understand customer needs and craft tailored solutions, documented as descriptive and actionable backlogs for developers.

About you

• You communicate your designs clearly so developers can implement them effectively.

• You understand basic security principles and can identify potential risks.
• You know your stakeholders and how to communicate with them effectively.
• You are UX-sensitive, always considering the end-user’s experience in your designs.
• You have experience with the full development process; familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
• You are honest, data-driven, and open-minded to good arguments.

Rossum’s product is highly technical, so familiarity or experience with the following stack is a significant advantage:

• Python
• REST APIs for service integration
• Flask or Django frameworks
• PostgreSQL as our database
• Services deployed in Kubernetes clusters, primarily in AWS (but with minimal reliance on AWS-specific features)
