They are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join a newly formed team building an advanced analytics platform for clinical trials data. This is a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in the early stages of a product that aims to accelerate drug development and innovation. The project is currently in its build phase, giving the Product Owner the chance to shape core components, drive roadmap execution, and work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies in data analytics and AI. Working closely with engineers and global stakeholders, you’ll bridge business needs and technical design to deliver impactful solutions for R&D teams worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internally developed Data & AI products supporting R&D
• Act as a key point of contact between end users, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and impact
• Oversee product development lifecycle : from backlog management and sprint planning to user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Evaluate business value and performance, gathering continuous feedback to guide product evolution
• Identify growth opportunities and risks, proposing solutions to keep the roadmap on track
• Promote a product-led mindset within the organisation, with a strong focus on innovation and business value
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in data, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities

Skills / Experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, ideally within enterprise data platforms or data-intensive products
• Solid understanding of the data & AI ecosystem, including data flows, ML, and familiarity with foundational models (FMs)
• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D is a strong plus
