Marketing Automations Specialist (m / f / d)

Are you ready to make a significant impact on our marketing operations and automation tool stack? We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our international marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the development and execution of automated marketing strategies across the full funnel, including nurture and lead generation campaigns, aiming to enhance engagement and conversions.
  2. Manage and optimize daily operations to support global Marketo activities, ensuring smooth automation workflows and troubleshooting issues.
  3. Set up and maintain automated programs aligned with marketing objectives across teams.
  4. Regularly review and optimize automations and reports, monitoring performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  5. Perform data cleanups to maintain data integrity and keep records current within Marketo.
  6. Handle backend development tasks related to Marketo, customizing and enhancing the platform to meet business needs.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to lead successful campaigns and share best practices.
  8. Participate in exploring and implementing new features/developments to improve Marketo usage.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Marketo, including setup and maintenance of marketing automation programs.
  • Strong technical skills in backend development for Marketo.
  • Knowledge of data-driven marketing to optimize campaigns.
  • Understanding of full-funnel demand generation strategies.
  • Interest in technical processes and details.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
