Your key responsibilities include :

• Collaborating with product development and compliance teams to understand new opportunities and translate them into digital solutions.
• Understanding business requirements and providing constructive challenge to ensure solutions deliver value.
• Designing and executing technical solution designs, considering user experience, data modeling, and integration implications.
• Owning and supporting key applications, providing technical knowledge to ensure project delivery and sustainable support.
• Developing and improving applications, acting as a full-stack developer, and maintaining Oracle database applications using PL / SQL.
• Contributing to UI / UX design, implementing APIs, and troubleshooting issues across systems.

You will report to the Chapter Lead within the Digital and Tech function.

You bring :

• Experience in application development within industries such as chemicals, pharma, healthcare, or consumer goods.
• Understanding of digital product development in the process industry.
• Skills in turning business ideas into digital tools, with expertise in ETL, PL / SQL, data analysis, and tuning.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, middleware, and cybersecurity.
• A bachelor’s degree with a technical focus.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience in infrastructure support and interest in ElasticSearch, AI, and queuing technologies.
