Join The Animals Observatory as a Wholesale Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the wholesale team in daily operations and administrative tasks, including processing orders through internal systems (SAP, B2B platforms, etc.), communicating with clients, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, supporting sales campaigns, monitoring stock levels, and handling returns and claims.
2. Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Profile & Skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, International Trade, or related field.
2. Presential work in Girona.
3. 1–2 years of experience in wholesale, sales support, or logistics roles, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Good communication skills in English; French is a plus.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP systems is highly valued.
8. Team player, proactive, with a problem-solving attitude.
9. Passion for fashion and interest in our brand’s universe.
