Vacancy: Manufacturing Engineering Industrialization at Airbus Defence & Space

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join the Manufacturing Engineering Department in San Pablo (Sevilla).

Responsibilities:

1. Define optimal build processes for production, considering inputs for the rest of the Manufacturing Flow Team (MFT) and continuous process improvement (including Standard Line Balancing and STV).
2. Lead coordination between Design Engineering and production teams.
3. Analyze and optimize build processes to minimize waste, enhance production efficiency, and ensure product safety.
4. Configuration Control Management: Integrate the Manufacturing Dossier with technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety, equipment, and tooling.

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (advanced level); knowledge of German or French is a plus.
