We are looking for an F&B Team Leader with excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. This role requires skills in managing guest relationships and delivering high standards of communication; both written and spoken.

Responsibilities :
  1. Ensure that all guest and associate customer complaints are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  2. Maintain high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  3. Respond to changes in the food and beverage industry, company, and hotel standards.
  4. Have full knowledge of the menu, preparation methods, presentation, item characteristics, and prices.
  5. Be familiar with the restaurant floor plans and layout of all F&B offerings.
  6. Read all relevant emails and communicate necessary information to associates.
  7. Control and manage your section in the restaurant, adhering to Brand Standards Checklists (LQA, Forbes, Rosewood Hotels & Reports Global Standards).
  8. Respond to menu / drinks queries with knowledgeable and engaging answers.
  9. Communicate guest preferences to the reception team to build guest profiles.
  10. Provide accurate discount and void reconciliations, following proper cashing-up procedures.
  11. Complete all checklists accurately and honestly.
