A leading company in the pharmaceutical sector is seeking a Plant Engineer to provide engineering support for manufacturing areas. The role involves project execution, collaboration with multiple departments, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Candidates should have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Reports to : Engineering Director
Experience :
5-10 years of experience in designing, calculating, and managing comprehensive air conditioning and classified room projects in the biological research, formulation, and pharmaceutical production fields.
Expertise in regulatory and legal aspects related to the design and construction of clean rooms, including architecture, HVAC, laminar flows, and air treatment.
5-10 years of experience in aseptic production environments within the pharmaceutical industry, with valuable experience working with isolator technology in final filling processes.
Experience in project planning considering process aspects, production capacity, current regulations, user requirements, installation details, room distribution, and flow plans for materials, personnel, and classified areas.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
English proficiency at minimum B2.2 certification.
Functions :
The Plant Engineer provides engineering support to manufacturing areas on process equipment improvements, technological advances, CAPEX projects, existing equipment, cost improvements, facility maintenance, safety, and environmental regulations. Demonstrates strong engineering skills, effective collaboration, and teamwork with internal and external resources.
Supports safety initiatives, promoting individual responsibility and ensuring health and safety risks are controlled.
Supports project execution from concept to closure for facilities, systems, services, and equipment.
Collects and analyzes project-related information, develops alternative solutions, and collaborates effectively in problem-solving situations. Provides technical support for investigations, modifications, optimizations, and continuous improvements.
Works with end users to develop system requirements, specifications, and supports manufacturing and factory/site acceptance testing (FAT/SAT).
Assists in preparing and reviewing user requirements (URS), risk and safety assessments, and other engineering documents related to facilities and equipment.
Collaborates with departments such as Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and QC laboratories to ensure process integrity throughout their lifecycle.
Supports factory acceptance testing, plant acceptance testing, and commissioning activities.
Procures equipment, maintains engineering records, drawings, manuals, and inspection reports adhering to GMP and engineering standards.
Supports start-up activities for equipment and manufacturing facilities.
Manages quality events and participates in root cause investigations.
