A leading recruitment company in Barcelona is seeking a Recruitment Intern to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and developing innovative strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, high English proficiency, and a passion for the IT industry. This internship offers flexible working hours, personal coaching, and various team-building events.

Your Role
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.
  • Handle top-of-funnel recruiting, including research, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Utilize social media for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
  • Develop innovative strategies to find top talent.
  • Work primarily on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, etc.) but also on PM, CTO, and SM roles.
  • Manage your candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities for them.
  • Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
  • Evaluate candidates based on interviews and assignments.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
What would make you a great candidate?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or a similar field.
  • High level of English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Team-player, detail-oriented, organized, with good communication skills.
  • Passion for the IT industry.
