Job Overview

We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of technology, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, align requirements, and launch products.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development and Roadmap : Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, define user stories, manage backlogs, and oversee workflows.
• Technical Expertise : Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features.
• Market Research : Conduct customer discovery to understand and enhance our value proposition.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Quality & Delivery : Ensure timely delivery and quality standards, organize testing and feedback.
• 5+ years in product management, including 3+ years in a technical role.
• Excellent communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Asana.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Ability to define and track KPIs, experience with A / B testing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading AI and P2P projects.
