What will you do?

As a Business Analyst, in your day to day :

• You will quickly understand business processes, context, and key stakeholders to guide analysis.
• You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple domains.
• You will identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities to improve workflows and performance.
• You will translate insights into data-driven recommendations that support client strategy and operations.
• You will create clear and structured documentation (business cases, user stories, process flows).
• You will lead workshops and align teams around project objectives and milestones.
• You will define success metrics and help validate business outcomes.
• You will collaborate closely with Functional Analysts and Journey Designers to shape tailored solutions.
• You will ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
• You will track project outcomes and recommend enhancements for ongoing improvement.

Who are we looking for?

You are the person we are looking for if :

• You have at least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in transformation projects or consultancy environments.
• You are skilled at gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing data-driven solutions.
• You have an advanced level of English and feel confident communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• You like to keep things simple, but never lose sight of the details, and you take a hands-on approach to every challenge.
• You are a natural communicator, capable of aligning teams, facilitating workshops, and driving consensus across stakeholders.
