Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of studies: Responsible for conducting detailed technical studies for bid preparation, ensuring projects are feasible and profitable.
2. Preparation of bids: Carry out the preparation of offers and tenders, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information.
3. Planning and budgeting: Use advanced software tools to develop work schedules and accurate budgets, optimizing resources and time.
4. Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure all technical aspects are properly considered in proposals.
5. Presentations: Prepare and present reports and proposals to clients, highlighting the quality and viability of our projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing studies and tenders in the construction sector.
• Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Candy, AutoCAD, among others, for planning and budgeting.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Availability to travel as needed for projects.
