From Luxe Talent, an international personnel selection and training consultancy specialized in fashion, luxury, retail, and FMCG, we are looking for a Marketing Manager for a Fashion Brand based in Barcelona.

Our consultancy works with various firms in the luxury, premium, and high premium sectors across Europe, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Braga, Amsterdam, and Berlin.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the marketing and communications team.
2. Collaborate closely with CEOs to organize production campaigns.
3. Conceptualize creative ideas and oversee their realization.
4. Develop and execute brand plans based on consumer, customer, and shopper insights.
5. Manage all commercial relationships and enhance all commercial aspects of the brand.
6. Plan and implement marketing campaigns, including offers, promotions, and product launches.
