Your new team
We are a medium-sized, globally distributed design team headed by Benny Zuffolini, Kyrsten McCartney, Jag Rai, and Catherine Stuart. We are dedicated to the Language Learning sector of Pearson, with its multiple product families and diverse audiences. Our team works across UX / UI Design, UX Writing, UX Research, and Service Design. We bring together diverse backgrounds, cultures, seniorities, and neurotypes, creating a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. Although we are spread across different geographies, we primarily collaborate with stakeholders in European time zones.

You will collaborate daily with product managers, researchers, engineers, and QA in an agile environment to deliver user-centric solutions. You’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to testing and implementation, ensuring accessible and seamless user experiences. The key skills required include:
