Role Overview :
We seek a Director of Growth Engineering to lead our SEO Engineering, MarTech, Acquisition, and Social Engineering teams. This role will focus on scaling user acquisition through AI-driven search optimization, social engagement, and performance marketing technologies.
The candidate will be responsible for engineering-led growth strategies, leveraging cutting-edge SEO, paid and organic acquisition techniques, and marketing technology innovations to boost user engagement and conversions.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in growth engineering, SEO, and marketing automation, with experience in AI and data-driven insights to improve user acquisition and retention. Collaboration with product, data science, and marketing teams to develop scalable systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the SEO Engineering team with AI-driven search optimization and automated ranking improvements.
- Develop and implement technical SEO strategies, including structured data, dynamic rendering, and AI-powered search personalization.
- Scale landing pages through programmatic SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic.
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for SEO, working with data science teams to analyze impact.
- Stay updated with search engine evolution, adapting to AI-powered search landscapes like ChatGPT, Google SGE, and voice search.
- Manage marketing technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow between teams.
- Build automated marketing platforms for customer segmentation, attribution, and personalized content.
- Develop real-time analytics and reporting systems to optimize engagement, retention, and conversions.
- Enhance CRM and retargeting strategies using first-party data with platforms like Google Ads and Meta.
- Lead marketing initiatives for performance marketing, attribution, and audience segmentation.
- Optimize paid search, display, and social advertising through automation and AI bidding strategies.
- Create real-time data pipelines to track marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Ensure consistent user journey tracking across web, app, and social channels.
Lead the Social Engineering team to leverage AI for social media engagement, focusing on property search as a problem.
- Develop predictive models for content distribution across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Optimize content recommendation engines for personalized property listings and videos.
- Build social listening and sentiment analysis tools to understand user behavior and improve targeting.
- Foster a high-performing growth engineering team with a culture of innovation and data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align growth strategies.
- Work closely with CMO, SEO, and performance marketing teams to enhance omnichannel growth.
- Drive AI and machine learning adoption for automation, analytics, and personalization.
Key Qualifications :
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in growth engineering, SEO, MarTech, and acquisition tech.
- Expertise in technical SEO, including crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and AI search.
- Hands-on experience with MarTech platforms, attribution, CRM, and automation.
- Proficiency in performance marketing tools, paid acquisition, and growth analytics.
- Experience scaling AI-driven recommendation systems for personalized search and content.
- Knowledge of real-time data pipelines, event-driven architectures, and automation workflows.
- Deep understanding of user behavior analytics, CRO, and retention strategies.
