SAP Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Sils or Barcelona (Terrassa), Spain

Your Mission

The main mission involves following up and resolving SAP support cases related to MyPuratos (our e-commerce platform integrated with SAP) via the support portal.

What you will do

• Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of ABAP programs and processes to improve system response times and resource utilization, resolving bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
• Integration: Develop and configure interfaces using ABAP technologies such as RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and Web Services to connect SAP with external systems.
• Data Migration: Create and execute data migration scripts ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for ABAP development, system integrations, and data conversions; debug and resolve errors.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document technical designs and share best practices through presentations and training.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on SAP technologies and participate in training to enhance skills.

What we expect from you

• Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related; SAP certifications in SD and/or ABAP are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD modules (configuring, pricing, order management, integration with MM, FI/CO) and ABAP (custom reports, interfaces, data dictionary).
• Functional Expertise: Understanding sales processes, pricing procedures, and billing in SAP SD.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages like French, Spanish, or Portuguese are assets.
• Other Skills: Well-organized, good time management, able to work in an international team, and willing to travel (~10%). Knowledge of SAP Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, or Adobe AEM is a plus.
