Un groupe multinational dans le secteur chimique recherche un Assistant Exécutif pour le PDG. Ce poste dynamique implique la gestion de l'agenda du PDG, l'organisation de réunions et la coordination des voyages, tout en nécessitant une grande discrétion et des compétences organisationnelles exceptionnelles. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire et une maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais.

Formación

  • Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en tant qu'Assistant Exécutif, de préférence auprès d'un PDG.
  • Proficient en anglais, connaissance du français est un atout.

Multinational group within the chemical sector, with headquarters in the province of Barcelona (Vallés Oriental), needs to incorporate an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO.

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, s/he provides executive assistance in a one-to-one working relationship, being responsible for providing comprehensive support and facilitating the CEO’s daily activities. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Organize board of directors meetings and prepare materials (travel arrangements, meals, proofreading minutes, presentations).
  2. Manage the CEO’s agenda, prioritizing inquiries and requests, troubleshooting conflicts, and making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  3. Schedule meetings, teleconferences, and video conferences across time zones.
  4. Coordinate travel logistics, including working with travel agencies and hotels, managing itineraries, expenses, and related documentation.
  5. Provide hospitality to all guests of the CEO and help create a welcoming environment.
  6. Prepare electronic files and proofread for spelling and grammar accuracy.
  7. Assist with social responsibility tasks, such as donations and NGO collaborations.

Requirements:

  1. University degree; an Executive PA diploma or certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO.

Languages:

  1. Full proficiency in English.
  2. Knowledge of other languages, especially French, is an asset.

Proficient user of MS Office. Own car required.
