Customer Service Representatives - Ortigas - Onsite - Up to 30K
We are hiring for Customer Service Representatives for our Premium Airline Account!
Qualifications:
Education:
At least college-level
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience in voice support
At least 6 months of experience in the airline industry (Amadeus background is a plus)
Familiarity with handling leisure and business customers
Background in GDS/Reservations system is advantageous
Experience managing various communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat, Back Office)
Skills:
Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions
Open to feedback and coaching
Ability to work independently across a broad range of activities
