Formación

About the Role

As the Project Manager for Freightos Procure, you will play a key role in shaping our clients’ first experiences with our global freight procurement platform. Freightos Procure is an innovative global tender procurement platform that transforms freight procurement for top-tier enterprise shippers. It streamlines tender management by connecting shippers with a vast network of carriers, optimizing logistics operations. Your expertise will ensure that customers are guided, supported, and empowered from day one, laying the foundation for long-term success and strong partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Definition, training, and execution for the onboarding process of new customers and additional business of existing customers to the Freightos rate procure platform and other freight platforms.
  • Ownership of the onboarding process and the customer relationship from the late stages of the sales process through the completion of the onboarding phase.
  • Thorough analysis of customer requirements with feedback in terms of feasibility, effort, and risks.
  • Identifying opportunities in the onboarding process to further extend business with the given customer.
  • Support of the sales team in negotiations with potential customers
  • Planning, coordination, and control of work orders in onboarding projects and supporting the development of the core product of PROCURE by Freightos through communication of customer requirements to create the greatest possible added value for all customers..
  • Continuous optimization of onboarding processes, e.g., through automation, documentation, and standards.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of the logistics industry and logistics purchasing processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in Freight Forwarding, Logistics Procurement, or Logistics operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing B2B enterprise projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of customer requirements and needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / G-Sheets.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills across various professional contexts.
  • Skilled in effectively communicating and collaborating with clients and colleagues across the world.
  • Availability to travel 5-10 times a year (within Europe).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience with onboarding in the SaaS industry
  • Freight skills FTW. The ideal candidate has related industry skills (freight, logistics, transportation, supply chain).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Zoho Projects, Asana, Basecamp, etc).
  • Additional languages are a plus (German, French, others).
  • SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in working with ticketing software.
