We are seeking passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to our valued customers.

What’s your Mission?
  1. Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media) by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions.
  2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range to accurately answer questions and assist customers effectively.
  3. Problem-Solving: Analyze customer concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Brand Advocacy: Promote our brand values and foster positive customer experiences through every interaction.
Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. English Language Skills: Strong English language proficiency (written and spoken).
  3. Customer Focus: A genuine passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Empathy: The ability to understand and respond to customer needs with empathy and compassion.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to finding innovative solutions.
  7. Start Date: October 2025
  8. Hours: 39 hours/week
  9. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  10. Salary: €18,054 gross per year
  11. Holidays: 24 working holidays / 2 accrued days per month
  12. Work Model: Hybrid (6 days per month at the office)
  13. Training: Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm — 3 weeks of training
